What I do is everyday as part of my daily meditation I always at the end of my meditation vizulize and read my AFFIRMATIONS of getting my account to ONE MILLION A WEEK and earning and WITHDRAWING $10,000+ DAILY (paid in BITCOIN)

This is very powerful as you then have to go to WORK to make it happen as you know what you want, YOUR MIND and SUBCONSCIOUS MIND IS THE ALL POWERFUL ONE!

My DAILY PLAN OF ACTION! – Simon Stepsys MindCAPITAL AMBASSADOR…

So here I will describe what I do EVERY SINGLE DAY, 7 days per week! (no excuses, even on holiday you can still work, workout, mediate, eat well etc etc…)

7.30am

I wake up everyday 7.30am no matter what time I go to bed I ALWAYS get up at 7.30am, I have thought about getting up a bit earlier but the problem is I don’t go to bed early enough and sleep is VERY IMPORTANT for health!

I tend to go to bed approx 12.30am ish so I get 7 hours sleep but I’m too excited with my online business MindCAPITAL! LOL But this is my ideal, it does vary sometimes its 1am or 2am would be the latest for me, may be one or two nights per week.

But ideally I want 7 hours sleep per day!

First thing is big glass of water, followed by me checking my MindCAPITAL account taking a short 7 to 8 second video and snapshot of each page of my account, I then also visit Coinmarket.com and check out the latest price of BITCOIN and then I write in my DAILY ASPINAL DIARY the bitcoin price, then write out all my MindCAPITAL account stats.

I HIGHLY recommend you buy yourself a DAILY DIARY and write out your daily results like I do with my MindCAPITAL account, this is VERY MOTIVATING as you can very quickly see where your account/business was last week, last month etc, in fact any given day!

8.00am

By 8am I want to be doing my HOME workout,, YES I mean BODY WORKOUT!

Remember your HEALTH is your FIRST WEALTH!

If you don’t look after your body, then in time it will become overweight, sick, disease etc, and no one wants that!

Now I know we are still in semi lockdown and some gyms are still closed but this is NO EXCUSE!

You can go for WALK, RUN, BIKE Ride or workout at home like I do etc.

You can also do what I do download and install one of the amazing home health workouts!

I use one called 8Fit #8Fit, it’s AMAZING FREE APP!

It will get you very fit, in shape and it only takes 15 to 20 mins a day! (the top champion workouts can take 25 to 30 mins, but you will need to be fit and strong to do these, or work up to them like I did.

In fact I would not workout any longer as I don’t see any point or any real gains!

I find if you work out too much for too long, you just burn out, get bored and give up after a while as it’s just too much, and there are no real gains.

Short daily HIT workouts as #8Fit are just superb! No gym needed and no excuses as everyone can find 15/20 mins! That really is all it takes!

I’m on the highest level now which is CHAMPION, and yes it’s hard, but I started at the beginning and worked my way to the top of the app!

Some of the home workouts on the highest levels can be a little longer but none have been more than 38 minutes for me.(that’s the longest)

This does not include, warm up or warm down or stretching. But you can get it all done including your daily meditation in 1 hour.

So in short, I do my 8Fit workout in under 30 mins, that includes warm up and warm down.

30 Mins workout

10 Mins Yoga

10 Mins Stretching

10 Meditation

Start 8pm by 9pm I’m all done!

The great thing about the 8fit app is that it’s FREE! Yes DON’T Pay! I still use the free version, the paid version is for meals or other classes, but I know how to eat healthy and I love the workouts I am doing.

Also there is no traveling to and back from gyms, this takes more time and COST!

Anyway after my 8Fit I always do at least 10 minutes of STRETCHING! (YOGA)

Very important for anyone, I do get some stiff and lower back ache/pain (I think I need to try a different mattress, or it could be all those years I used to Sweep the Roads bent over either way the stretching really helps!)

I just bought a new stretching course that teaches you to do the splits, I’m still a long way from doing the splits, but I have made improvements! It teaches to stretch your legs with 4 basic exercises which also helps your back.

After 2 months in I can definitely see the results, still can’t do the splits but I can get near!

After stretching. its my FAVORITE MEDITATION for at least 10 minutes, I used to do 20 minutes but time gets the better of me and I do a little over 10 minutes now…(maybe 12 to 15 mins)

When I meditate I like to lye down on my back on a special Spiked mat, yes I know it sounds painful, but it relieves stress in the back and the back of the neck, & the spikes are made of hard plastic not metal, LOL, and after a few minutes the spiked pain sensation starts to disappear and you feel light and wonderfully relaxed… Its SUPERB! The skin and muscles relax and all tension goes and you feel blissed out! You feel AMAZING & CENTERED!

Just before I finish on my mat I read my AFFIRMATIONS!

What are affirmations? Google it, to learn more, but in short VERY POWERFUL words you WRITE DOWN in the PRESENT of what you want or are!

After just 9am I’ve already done my workouts, stretches, AFFIRMATIONS and meditation and now ready for a COLD SHOWER!

Yes, COLD showers are GREAT For you!

And after meditating on my Spiked mat my back tends to be a bit RED and HOT… so a cold shower is nice and refreshing…

Now, don’t get me wrong I don’t have a long cold shower a minute or two, longer if the weather is warmer than usual.

9.30am

First coffee of the day Black Nespresso INTENSO! I love!

Then I’m on my computer, to first EMAIL to my list of the day.

After emailing my list I will post in all the MindCAPITAL Leadership groups.

I copy and post in all the groups, there are many groups and different platforms, don’t take long with copy and paste, groups are…

I watch the time at this point as I like to go into town each day by 10am at latest, before town and supermarket gets to busy with queuing etc.

10.00am

SO by 10am I done all my work outs etc, done my social media, emailed my lists etc. and now into town to shop for daily fresh foods, fruit etc.

Have you noticed anything yet?

I not had ANY breakfast! (yet!)

11.45am

This is where FASTING comes in, we eat dinner at night sit down about 8pm and finish say 8.30pm so I don’t like to eat anything till the next day after 10.30am which is a 14 hour fast which works for me sometimes I go to 11am or 11.30am for 14.5 to 15 hours but fasting like this is really good for you, google it to learn more.

Many say eat all your foods in an 8 hour window the other 16 hours is fasting. Of course I can do this, in fact I used to this, but my other half likes to have an early lunch so throws me out a bit, ideally for a 16 hour fast you would eat your dinner at night by 8.30pm and next day eat your first meal at 12.30pm (16 hours) by this you WILL be really hungry! which is GOOD & HEALTHY!

Over one year ago I became unhealthy in that I was putting weight on fast, being couch potato, drinking too much etc, & i started to feel unwell, even faint… after seeing dr, Dr said get blood pressure down, weight down, stress down or face the consequences, heart attack, stroke, diabetes etc. even take drugs like STATINS! I did take one month of statins but then decided I don’t need them if I change my lifestyle which I did.

I went from over 15 stone, to just over 12 stone, lost 3 stone in 3 months (173LB or 78KG) I maintain this today no problem.

I don’t starve or deprive myself, I still eat chocolate each day & love a beer at weekends and a fine bottle of wine with a good healthy meal!

And no I’m not a vegan either & yes I still eat red meat! LOL

I don’t eat any more junk foods, I cannot remember the last time I had take away?

I eat clean, healthy foods daily.

I work out daily as above, when we get out of lockdown I will probably go back to the gym, as I like a swim, sauna, steam room, and use some machines from time to time. I also go for a run when I feel it, 5 to 6K is easy for me, nothing fast, just over walking pace to get good sweat on and keep and maintain my perfect weight which is anything between at the lightness I would go is 170LB (im 6 ft) anything lighter I really look too skinny and even feel bit faint at times, its too light for me. And nothing over 175LB, my workouts start to feel quite a bit harder if I go heavier and I sweat even more, so today this morning I weigh 173 LB = perfect for me!

Before my first meal of the day I always eat at least 5 fresh fruits, Orange Juice (Vitamin C, you need daily), Cranberry Juice (helps lower blood pressure) Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, grapes, 2 Dates Everyday, Melon’s, Pineapple etc etc

Lunch is nearly ALWAYS LARGE Fresh salad with nuts, advocado, beetroot, spinach, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, beans, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with 2 POACHED eggs on wholemeal or rye toast with fresh SALMON parcel.

I always take some back up daily vitamins.

1.30pm

After lunch I check on my media do some more posting, answering any questions, and prospecting new clients etc.

I take a power nap in the afternoon if i feel bit sleepy, Siesta like the Spanish, good for you right? depends on each day with me, but if Im at home generally I will have at least 10 minutes to freshen up! Napping is really good for you…

Be sure not to nap to long though! 20 minutes is SUPER, anything more than 30 minutes and you can wake up a bit groggy, as you entered into a deeper sleep, which can interfere with your nights sleeping pattern and you don’t want to have trouble getting to sleep at night.

It’s back to the Phone or PC to work more on social media, answer questions etc. Check teams progress etc

I also like to manually write and post a new BLOG at least once/twice a week! (like this one!)

This is where I have my afternoon Snack, it will be a healthy and delicious PROTEIN Bar with Coffee…

I will also have my daily Turmeric shot…

I will email my list for the 2nd time of the day, between 5pm and 7pm. I will continue more on social media, upload early video I made on youtube etc.

I also like to read some personal development each day, maybe watch some videos on things that interest my like Motorcycling, travel opportunities, etc.

7.00pm

I also love to RIDE each day, weather permitting, so if it’s not raining or wet I will go out for Ride on my Harley-Davidson SLIM S with chopper style handlebars (riding my Harley is like another form of daily meditation for me) in the WINTER I still ride, but not as much as its much colder and wet most days and I have to ride earlier in the day as it gets dark much earlier than in the summer months…

The most important for me though is for FREEDOM! 

Freedom to live each day as YOU CHOOSE! 

8.00pm 

Dinner at 8pm finished for 8.30 ish, then I will read some more, check my messages, answer any questions, I make plans for the next days/weeks/months etc. I very rarely watch TV, maybe sit down with the other half flick the channels looking for either good film or something exciting and motivating, 9 times outta 10 Im back at my PC, working planing, creating and posting content etc. etc.

11.15pm

This is where I know the MindCAPITAL site updates after 11.15pm UK GMT so I will write down the days stats, and add them up for the day and the week and the MONTH, then take PHOTO and then I post IMAGE of the results in all the groups and chats as above.

MIDNIGHT 

I’m mindful of the time, this is where I will spend some time on my dreams and wants in life, set and calculate income projections and time frames etc. be sure of where I am going, make any plans for travel, events, meetings etc. (when out of lockdown)

Ideally by 12.30am I like to be in bed and off to sleep, for a good 7 hours sleep, but it can vary, some days I do get very tired by 10pm so sometimes I do get to bed bit early than normally, but on other days I can be still awake by 1am, but generally 2am is the very latest point for me… even 2am gives me 5 and 1/2 hours sleep so still decent.

We like to have fine wine with our dinner 3/4 times a week, we have drank a little more under lockdown, but I know we can cut it down at any time if I think it’s having an adverse effect on our health in a negative way. But hey you have to live a little and if you enjoy it, then why stop it? I believe Moderation is key…

So there you have it a day in the life of how I got to MindCAPITAL AMBASSADOR and how we get to $30 MILLION in 2020!

Do you think we achieve it?

Either way I know we hit minimum of $10 MILLION+ on current growth, but with the POWER OF COMPOUNDING and GLOBAL TEAM GROWTh we will hit these figures in time, will we do it in 2020? if not we will EASY do it by this time next year! However I think we can hit $50+ MILLION by JUNE 2021!

With the gyms closed, although started to open again I decided NOT to renew my membership, as it’s just not practical with the gym I use as it’s too small, although I do miss a sauna/steam room, until NOW!
