Coming from a world of “features and benefits” sales type of model, I did not understand this concept at first..
I thought perhaps we are working on something “top secret” and we had some patents set in place.
But that was not the reason…
We often see people on social media, turn into “company cheer leaders”. ❌
Here’s what’s wrong with that…🤔
First of all, if you are not a top income earner in that company…
The prospects who are interested in joining that business, will likely search for top company leadership and join their team.
Now, why is that?
Because the top leaders over deliver in value, and by doing so, they position themselves as capable and credible leaders to take their prospects to the promise land.
Second of all, you want to brand YOURSELF!.

If you’ve been in this industry for a few years, you may recognize by now it can be a highly volatile industry.
For example, take a look at companies like Vemma Jenuesse, Mona Vie, Herbalife, Multiple Rev Shares, Crypto Opportunities, ICO’s etc. who have fought some pretty hefty legal battles.
Now what does this mean for you?
If a company goes underground, and all along you’ve been promoting their brand
–Guess what happens to your clients, business affiliates, and reputation?
Those too go underground. 😰
You may lose your list if the product is discontinued, you may lose affiliates to other business offers, and you may even lose credibility as a business leader if your company is wiped out.
… I know, because it happened to me! (Many Times!)
So creating a brand for yourself acts as a cloak to protect yourself against the fluctuations in this AMAZING LIFE CHANGING industry. 👍

🔷 Rule # 2: Do Not Talk About the Product
At this point you may be as confused as I once was…
When I was advised to not talk about the product, I began to think, surely we must be doing something illegal here!
I asked myself, “How can you sell products, without talking about the company that makes the products, and without talking about the products themselves?” ⁉
Here’s what people don’t understand about business…
Your biggest commodity in business, is PEOPLE!
Not your product, your service, or your business opportunity.
And this applies across the board, whether you sell nutraceuticals, skin care, weight loss, CRYPTO, Ads, energy drinks, and/or online tools.
Because at the end of the day, without people you don’t have a business.
Think about it…
When you are going to the mall shopping, browsing through some items…
Then all of a sudden a sales person pops out of nowhere and says
– “Can I help you?!”
They don’t understand sales.
And what typically happens is you immediately say
– “no thanks, I am good”. ✋
That is your ego speaking, your protector, it wants to keep you safe.
People love to buy, but they hate being sold.
That sales person took no time in building rapport with the customer.
And that is why so many people are failing in this industry…
Because they are pitching before they are connecting.
🔷 Rule #3 People are the BIGGEST Commodity in Business
This leads to my next point…
The focus should not be on the product, service or offer.
The focus should be on the PERSON and their needs. 🙋
It’s like going to the medical clinic, and having your Doctor prescribe you medicine without even telling him your symptoms.
Sounds backwards, doesn’t it?
So why run your business this way?
In order to prescribe people our offer, we must first understand their problems and their needs before we can offer a solution.
The more you talk about the other person, the more they are magnetically pulled to want to do business with you.
It’s a phenomena Dale Carnegie highlights perfectly…
“You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people, than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you.”
By asking more qualifying questions, by listening more and talking less, and providing solutions to people’s problems 👂
–You are peaking curiosity…
And that’s how you get people to be magnetically drawn to you and inquire about your business, services, or products…
Versus YOU chasing THEM.
What you need to recognize…
Is that these same strategies that have been applied to real business, be it land based business, launching public companies, and/or doing joint ventures.
These strategies have taken companies to 100 million dollar mark…
